Refund policy

1. Overview

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because items are custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@capebretonkitchen.space and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please allow reasonable time for delivery.

  • If the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • We do not offer size exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong size.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after the order is placed.

After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
